Terms and Conditions

By booking any tour or travel service with our company, the customer agrees to the following terms and conditions:

1. Booking and E-Visa Service

Tour packages must be booked at least 2 weeks prior to arrival in order to use our e-visa support service.
The company cannot guarantee e-visa assistance for bookings made less than 2 weeks before the travel date.

2. Child Policy

Our child policy is as follows:

• Children up to 2 years old stay free of charge.
• Children from 2 to 6 years old are charged 50% of the tour package price.
• Children above 6 years old are charged at the full adult rate.

3. Extra Bed Policy

If an extra bed is required, the following charges apply:

• USD 25 per day for 3-star hotels
• USD 45 per day for 4-star / 5-star or higher-class hotels

Extra bed availability is subject to hotel confirmation.

4. Prices and Availability

All prices are subject to availability at the time of booking.
Hotel rates, transportation costs, and other travel services may change without prior notice unless the booking has been confirmed.

5. Confirmation of Services

All services, including accommodation, transportation, guide services, and other travel arrangements, are subject to confirmation upon availability.

6. Changes to the Booking

Any changes requested after confirmation are subject to availability and may result in additional charges.

7. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation terms may vary depending on the booked hotel, transportation provider, and season.
Any cancellation charges will be communicated at the time of booking or cancellation request.

8. Responsibility

The company acts only as an intermediary between the client and third-party service providers, including hotels, transport companies, and other travel-related suppliers.
While we make every effort to ensure high-quality service, we are not responsible for delays, losses, accidents, or changes caused by third-party providers or circumstances beyond our control.

9. Acceptance of Terms

By confirming a booking, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
