Cancellation policy

By confirming a booking with our company, the client and/or partner agency agrees to the following cancellation terms:

1. Visa Rejection

In the event of a visa rejection or visa refusal, no cancellation charges will be applied by our company.
Any prepayment or advance transfer made by the client or partner agency will be refunded in full.

2. Positive PCR Test Result

In the event that the traveler is unable to travel due to a positive PCR test result, no cancellation fees will be charged by our company.
Any amount paid in advance will be returned in full.

3. Refund Process

All approved refunds will be processed using the same payment method or bank transfer method originally used for the payment, unless otherwise agreed.
Refund processing time may vary depending on the bank or payment provider.

4. Third-Party Services

Please note that refunds for services provided by third parties, including hotels, airlines, transport providers, or other travel suppliers, are subject to the cancellation and refund policies of those providers.
Our company will make every reasonable effort to assist in the refund process where possible.

5. Notification Requirement

Clients or partner agencies must inform us as soon as possible in case of visa rejection or a positive PCR test result and provide the necessary supporting documents for cancellation and refund processing.

6. General Conditions

This cancellation policy applies only to the cases specifically mentioned above.
For all other cancellations, separate cancellation terms may apply depending on the type of service booked, travel dates, and supplier conditions.
